For astronomy to transform into an environment where underrepresented groups (such as Black, Asian, and mixed race women and femmes) can thrive and succeed in their research careers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to conduct outreach projects that promote participation and interest in astronomy by underrepresented groups within the field. Through this, we aim to inspire the next generation of women and femme (non-binary and trans included) astronomers.
